We don't quote what we haven't examined. Every project starts with a paid, fixed-fee audit, and it ends in a written plan and a fixed price.
What we examine
- Your site. Speed on a phone, how search engines see it, what breaks on the way to a booking or an enquiry, and how hard it is for your team to edit.
- Your systems. Where bookings, enquiries and follow-ups come from, where they land, and what gets copied by hand in between.
- Your goals. What you're trying to grow, what a missed enquiry costs you, and what has to be true in six months for this to have worked.
What you receive
- A written report, in plain English, of what we found.
- A priority roadmap: what to fix first, and why.
- The technical scope of the build.
- A map of the systems and the connections between them.
- Quick wins you can do now, whether or not you build with us.
- A walkthrough call to go through it with you.
- A fixed scope and a fixed quote for the build.
- An ownership plan: which accounts, in whose name, who holds the keys.
How long it takes
Kick-off call, then the report and the fixed quote within 7 to 10 business days. We'll tell you the date at kick-off.
What we need from you
Access to the current site and analytics, a list of the tools you use, half an hour for the kick-off call, and honest answers about what hurts.
The fee
The audit has a fixed fee, quoted before we start. If you go ahead with the build, the fee is credited in full. If you don't, you keep everything above and can take it to any team.
Four ways it can end
- You build with us. The quote is fixed, the scope is written, and the fee is credited.
- You build with someone else. The report and scope are yours; any team can quote against them.
- You do it in-house. The roadmap tells your team what to do first.
- You wait. Nothing expires. The report is yours to keep; the quote holds for 30 days.
